The Heart of a Champion

We celebrated champions at our REFRESH classes today, " The Heart of a Champion."

Our REFRESH classes were a perfect time to announce the winners of our "Sensational Summer" contest! Ten weeks ago, I challenged our clients to a contest. The top two clients with the greatest % of weight loss for the summer months would each receive $300.00!

It's been an outstanding race. Our winners focused on their goals, stayed committed, and celebrated their accomplishments when they received their prize money today!

Our top two champions are...


1. Susan Mc. with a 12.15% weight loss

2. Kimberlee P.R. with a 11.18% weight loss

Congratulations to both of you for the great job you did this summer. I'm so proud of both of you!


We had so many clients that had great success this summer at The Healthy Weigh. Even though we passed out cold hard cash to these two clients today... many more would agree that they too were winners this summer at The Healthy Weigh.

Our Sensational Summer has come to an end, but champions are being made and celebrated every day at The Healthy Weigh.
